1. Who We Are

This publication is operated by Ann Rau Marketing & Events Consultant, a DBA of Emerge LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (”we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or accessing this Substack publication, you (”subscriber” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms govern your relationship with Ann Rau Marketing & Events Consultant and apply in addition to Substack’s own Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Substack platform itself.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

This publication offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Substack and Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize the applicable subscription fee to be charged to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).

Prices are subject to change for new subscribers at any time. If we increase our subscription price, existing paid subscribers will be grandfathered in at the rate they originally subscribed at and will not be charged the new price. This is handled automatically by Substack. Existing subscribers will only pay a new rate if they cancel their subscription and resubscribe after a price change has taken effect.

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellations made after the billing date.

If you have a specific billing concern, you may contact us at connect@annrau.com and we will review it at our discretion. This does not constitute a guarantee of a refund.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining time in your current billing period.

5. Free Trials

If you begin a free trial, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Cancellations during a free trial period will not result in any charge.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content published in this Substack -- including articles, notes, live video sessions, resources, guides, templates, and any other materials (”Content”) -- is the original work of Ann Rau Marketing & Events Consultant and is protected by United States copyright law.

You are permitted to:

• Share excerpts or quotes from our Content, provided you clearly attribute the work to Ann Rau and tag or link back to this publication

• Forward individual emails from this publication to others, as our contact information and publication link are included in all emails

You are not permitted to:

• Reproduce any article, video, guide, resource, or other Content in its entirety without our explicit prior written permission
